RaganSmith had been around since 1933, but since then had grown their service offerings far beyond civil engineering. We needed to reposition and refresh their brand to reflect the modern, design-oriented firm they had become while not tossing a 90 year history and team culture out the door.

Streamline the name “Ragan-Smith Associates, Inc” to simply RaganSmith and introduce the brand-level messaging of "Perspective + Purpose" within a new brand design system.

A fresh brand identity across all touchpoints — visuals, digital, video, print , and fleet graphics. This gave them a competitive edge in both winning new project bids and recruiting the best talent.
